The Blue Star Public School & College (BSPS&C) is a flagship initiative of the esteemed Shining Star Group of Schools, which has been delivering exceptional educational experiences in Rawalpindi Cantt since 1980. Building on this legacy of excellence, BSPS launched its inaugural academic session in March 2010, commencing with the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) level, and has since consistently upheld the highest standards of academic rigor and achievement.
BSPS&C is an esteemed educational institution registered with the Private Education Provider Registration and Information System (PEPRIS) an Initiative of School Education Department, Government of the Punjab and affiliated with the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE), Islamabad, under the SSC code 2102. In 2018, BSPS expanded its academic offerings to include Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) level programs, securing affiliation from FBISE under the HSSC Code 2594 and introducing a range of disciplines such as Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, Science General, and Humanities.
To ensure seamless administration, the BSPS&C has been strategically divided into five distinct campuses including Main Campus, Primary Boys, Junior Boys, Junior Girls, and Senior Boys and have separate buildings for boys and girls from Nursery to Intermediate level. Furthermore, classes are organized into eight sections, designated as Jinnah House, Iqbal House, Tipu House, Qasim House, Ayubi House, Sir Syed House, Fatima House and Abdul Qadeer House, fostering a sense of community and healthy competition among students.
Vision :
It is an institution with the vision to impart education in low and middle class areas by employing the well-disciplined and qualified faculty to advance the learning and develop basic skills of its students.
Mission :
Its basic aim is to adopt modern educational techniques and promote Islamic ideology among our students and also try to make them civilized, patriotic and highly moralized citizens.
